
Working Out.
So yeah, Yesterday was my first day of the new 30/30 workout.
30 pounds lost in 30 days.
50 pushups, 50 situps and run a mile three times a day.
did i do it?
Not exactly.
I was able to get 40/40 and run the mile twice.
Its gonna take some hard work to get back in shape.
thanks McDonalds and Sonic, this is your fault.
